Jaden: You participated in your first Cedar Falls Tiger Fit to Hit football camp last week, and you loved every minute of it. Lead by the head CF high school coach, you boys were put through the paces, drills and fundamentals that will prepare you for your upcoming first tackle football season. We went and got your new football and basketball shoes this weekend, and your feet are a whopping men's size 8 1/2! And this week you receive your gear and uniform... helmet, pads and all. The countdown is on...
Brandon: Definitely not to be out-done by big brother, you also received your first pair of football gloves and mouth guard this past weekend, and it's been fun watching you practice football in the backyard with Daddy and Jaden. I love how excited you are for your first season, and I'm excited that it will be your time to shine in front of your own cheering section - you have spent countless hours cheering on big brother. Your turn, buddy!
Kaitlyn: I got two brief but real smiles out of you this morning! You're proving to be a bit of stinker in the evening hours right now - we are experiencing the common "witching hour," and you still aren't sure about this whole sleeping in the middle of the night thing. Though you are a champion at it during the day. ;) You've taken two bottles of mommy's milk from Daddy so far, and you took them pretty well! We're going to need to start utilizing the bottle a bit more with our upcoming schedule so I'm pretty proud of you for going with the flow!
