Christmas day was a fun, easy, slow drip kind of day. We all rallied around Kaitlyn to watch her experience gift opening, and one of my favorite memories from the whole day was seeing how excited her big brothers were when SHE got a gift! We stayed in our own home for the bulk of it, opening Santa presents and emptying stockings first, before welcoming my parents' over and feasting on delicious breakfast enchiladas. (So good). We let Kaitlyn take a good afternoon nap and then headed to James and Cassi's in the evening. Favorite gifts included our instant pot, Disney gift cards and spending money, our new Star Wars PS4 game and Kaitlyn's first dollhouse and doll stroller. So much pink this Christmas!

|| And when Christmas itself was over, we still had one more extended family Christmas to go. We ate lots of food, wore twinkly lights, and started really counting down the days until our big vacation just ahead. What a fun a couple of months!
